Customers can respond via hotline: (206) 488 4899 (Aurora beauty) or bring the product directly to the Head Office for warranty.

Note: Your product must still be within the product warranty period according to our warranty policy.

Customers can bring the product to the following address for warranty:

– Unit name: Aurora beauty

– Head office address: 4208 SW Oregon St, Seattle, WA 98116, USA

– Working hours: Office hours 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM from Monday to Sunday, closed on Wednesday

Note: When receiving the product, if it is still within the warranty period and warranty conditions, we will proceed with the warranty or return the product to the customer.
